SMS Messaging Terms & Consent

What Messages You Will Receive

OurFunds sends SMS messages for the following purposes:

• One-Time Passwords (OTP): Verification codes to sign in to your account
• Security Alerts: Notifications about account access or suspicious activity
• Transaction Notifications: Alerts when money is added, spent, or withdrawn from your funds (optional)

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive an OTP message each time you sign in. Transaction notifications, if enabled, are sent when activity occurs in your funds. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. OurFunds does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any OurFunds SMS message
• Contacting us at support@ourfunds.app

Note: If you opt out of SMS messages, you will not be able to sign in to your OurFunds account, as we use SMS-based verification for authentication.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OurFunds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OurFunds is a group money management platform that allows users to pool funds, receive virtual payment cards, and manage shared expenses. The Service is provided by Mainline Apps LLC.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use OurFunds. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

5. Financial Services

Banking services and virtual card issuance are provided by our financial partners. Funds held in OurFunds accounts may be FDIC-insured through our banking partners, subject to applicable terms and limits.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use OurFunds for:

• Any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraudulent transactions
• Circumventing spending controls set by fund organizers

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Privacy Policy

We collect the following information:

• Phone number: For account authentication via SMS
• Name: To identify you within funds
• Payment information: To process contributions and manage virtual cards
• Transaction data: Records of contributions, spending, and withdrawals
• Device information: For security and fraud prevention
